Many of JRV's consulting efforts evolve into facility management contracts. By building or renovating a first-rate facility, JRV is often times asked to assume the day-to-day management responsibilities -- including employee hiring and training, procedural documentation and implementation, program scheduling, equipment purchases, ongoing fund-raising efforts, as well as marketing initiatives such as advertising, event planning and public relations, in order to increase community participation.

Proper facility management is key in ensuring that an arena remains profitable. By employing a number of innovative tactics, JRV has turned around many facilities with previous financial or operational needs.
