JRV has developed a comprehensive training program for individuals who are interested in a career in ice arena and facility management. JRV has trained professionals from around the world and has given these students hands-on, real world experience in the facilities it manages.

Some of the topics that are covered in the training program include; financial management, marketing and promotions, facility scheduling, program and event creation and management, operations and maintenance management, food, vending and merchandise operations and current issues in the industry.

Each program is customized to meet the needs of the participating individual or organization.

As this area continues to grow, JRV is seeking to team with a number of arena governing bodies in developing a well-rounded, certified training program for its trainees.
